General Shipping Information

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, delivery within Switzerland is generally made within 1 business day after order confirmation.

For international deliveries, the estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 business days.

For orders paid in advance, shipment will be dispatched on the business day following receipt of payment. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

For local pickup, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as your order is ready for collection. No shipping charges apply for pickup orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Switzerland costs CHF 5.90 per order.

Orders with a value of CHF 75.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Where Is My Package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment online at any time.

Your order is shipped reliably with the following delivery partners:

• Swiss Post (A-Post, Signature and Insurance)

• DHL (Express, Signature and Insurance)

All shipments are insured up to a goods value of CHF 1,000.00.
