Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Right of Withdrawal

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online orders.

Leveling Swiss voluntarily grants a return period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

Returns are only possible in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery

  • Defective or incomplete products

  • Or with the express written approval of Leveling Swiss

Before returning any goods, customers must contact us by e-mail.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, except in cases of incorrect delivery or defective products.

The following conditions apply to all returns:

  • A copy of the delivery note or invoice must be included with the package

  • Only unused products in their original packaging will be accepted

  • The original packaging must not be damaged or altered

  • All product documentation must be complete and included

Refunds

Refunds are limited to the original purchase price, less any applicable shipping or transportation costs.

Leveling Swiss reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00 for returns that do not comply with these return conditions.

Alternatively, Leveling Swiss may resend the goods to the customer's last known delivery address. Any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

If a returned shipment is not accepted by the customer and is subsequently returned to Leveling Swiss, Leveling Swiss shall be entitled to dispose of the goods at its discretion. In such cases, any right to a refund shall be forfeited.

Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply.

We shall only be liable for damages caused by slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

Swiss law shall apply.

The place of jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
